Executive Chef Matt Cole will come into your kitchen and prepare a meal for your next dinner party, custom designed to your tastes. Matt received his formal culinary training at the respected Johnson & Wales University, then perfected his skills working under a Master Chef at the Mirage in Las Vegas. While in Las Vegas he helped open well known restaurants such as Emeril's, Wolfgang Pucks, Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang and many others. Saturday Sips classes are held at the Windsor Cabinet & Counter showroom. Windsor Cabinet & Counter is a supplier of semi-custom and custom cabinetry. Windsor works with customers during construction projects to design and install cabinetry in all areas of the home, including the kitchen, bath, mudroom, and home office. They have designed wine storage solutions for customers ranging from the casual wine drinker to the entertainer to the wine collector. Windsor's showroom is located at 38 Winsdor Street, in downtown Rochester's East End.
